The bat certainly is an excellant practice tool for baseball and softball players who want a good defensive workout. It makes it much easier for the person to hit more consistant and faster moving batted balls to the defensive player. You get more distance using a fungo bat also.
The bottom line is that this product certainly does what it is supposed to do.
