(More customer reviews)Bought this bat at the suggestion of my son's training coach to replace an Easton bat. Bought the same length (30") with a 1 ounce increase in weight, but the difference was day and night. While my son had become very accurate with his Easton, he took on a new bat with great trepidation. However, all it took was one batting session to see the difference this composite bat makes. With the same power and speed he used with the Easton, the Triton allowed him to hit deep quite easily. This bat allowed him to hit the ball much farther than he had ever hit with his previous aluminum bat. After using this bat for the first time with great reluctance my son walked off the field with more confidence than ever. Now he is consistently hitting doubles and triples with balls in the deep outfield. While he will continue to use his narrower bat for practice this bat has become his favorite. I never thought I could spend this much on a bat or how it could possibly be worth this kind of money. But it is a solid investment for a serious player that has definitely proven its' worth.
If your son is ready to step up to a more competitive game and looking for tools to help him, this Triton XL bat is the perfect start.

The SL11TXL is made out of 100% aerospace grade graphite. Our Bubble Transition Zone will add strength and durability to the handle. The BT Zone functions as the bonding of the barrel and handle as well providing a stiffer handle and transition. The unique 3-zone design of the Triton allows the barrel and handle to be designed and built as individual units. The transition bubble area brings everything together to function as a more advanced one piece bat.
