Note about the seller/my story: They sent me the wrong bat by mistake, as soon as I opened it I notice it was the wrong bat so I sent them a e-amil about it. My e-mail stated that I needed the correct bat 2 days from the day I received the wrong bat. I received a quick response from the seller confirming that I would get the correct bat by the date needed, so they over nighted me the bat just in time for our first practice that afternoon. They also paid for the returned mailing. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Big "WOW" factor for me.
