(More customer reviews)It does take the sting out but it really makes it hard to grip the butt of the handle. For a normal grip I would rate it higher but I like to tapper the end of the barrel and place my pinky on the other side of the butt. The Power pad moves to much and makes for an odd feel. Must be used with normal grip with both hands on the handle against the butt (not over it).
