(More customer reviews)The batting T arrived without a key part or any information by which I could contact the company. So I put a negative product review on this space. I received an email from the company requesting that I remove the negative review and give them a chance to fix the problem. The company said that they would send the missing part the following business day. That was weeks ago. I have emailed the company twice since then and have received no response.
