The description is a bit optimistic when it stated that this bag can hold four bats. In my experience, THREE MAX!. I comfortably fit three adult sized bats, two 34/31 Demarini's and a 32/29 Easton. Any more and you'd have to get creative with how you put them in. Even then, it's not a comfortable fit.
The top compartment is capable of holding helmets and a decent amount of gear. I'm not so sure about the "Glove Zone" since I no longer own any gloves that have Velcro. My son does. There's a small pocket inside that you can use to put your wallet in, but nothing more.
I'm reiterating that this is a basic bag. If you've got twenty bucks and need something to carry two to three bats, a few gloves, and other light gear; this little bag'll get it done. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
