(More customer reviews)This is the only bat light enough for my 7 year old daughter to swing well and still cover the plate. The 13.5 drop allows her to swing and control the 26" bat instead of having to use a 25. I actually wish I would have got her the 27. I don't think it has a lot of pop to it, but at this age just being light enough to control and make contact is most important. It was so popular that another girl on the team got a 27" of the same model and those two bats are used by 90% of the team.
