(More customer reviews)The first case arrived shattered. The company was very nice and sent me a new one within one week. The original one I had to throw away. Somewhat difficult to hang, but looks very nice once hung. Very fragile because it is glass, not acrylic. The bat simply sits in the case. The top flap opens. The price seems to fit well with the product.
